FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
The Field Superintendent will be responsible for helping deliver the projects on schedule and within budget, while keeping the culture of the company in mind. This means being responsible for a number of typical job related tasks associated with the position, as well as being responsible for relationship management on the site. This includes developing sub-contractor relationships through effective communications.
The Field Superintendent will also develop critical client relationships and always work to understand and address client needs. Most importantly, the Field Superintendent will continually address their own self development through using each project as a way of actively learning to be an effective member of the team.
PROJECT ENGINEER
The Project Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in managing the day-to-day execution of Design-Build project delivery. Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with Project Managers, Field Personnel, Sub-contractors, Owners, Design Team professionals, and clients.
Assist with permit procurement, estimating, and project management services within the organization. Maintain, track, and adjust project budgets utilizing construction accounting system. Quantity take-offs, budgeting, and requisitioning participation and supervision of general process administration tasks such as submittals, quality control, project documentation, and materials procurement.
