Momentum's strategic work with Three Rivers was complete and the long term plan to realign and grow was solid. Could we apply the strategic tools in this situation? The value of the branch was never more important. Maximum bang for the buck had to be first and foremost.
A tough site in the right location was available. The store branch due to close would definitely fit, but how? The existing planning was shaky, no permits were in place, and the developer wanted out.
