Alta Vista had contracted for a new main branch. Everything seemed to be okay design-wise but the process was dragging. When it came time to apply the initial design to the Redlands, CA location, Alta Vista decided they needed not only a better delivery solution but they wanted the design they had, tuned up and integrated with a top notch merchandising program.
Sound simple? Not so fast.
Alta Vista turned to the experts at Momentum. We developed the initial design and with our partner Weber Marketing Group, integrated a vibrant, energetic communications program aligned with the Alta Vista brand. Translating great brands is, after all, what we do every day...very well.
The real challenge came in delivery. 4,200 square feet, renovated top to bottom, in a leased building. And, oh yes, maintain great branch service throughout the entire process.
Momentum teamed with the branch staff of Alta Vista and phased the project in three parts to eliminate interruption. We maintained a constant watch over member safety and branch systems, like electrical and IT. Our integrated approach allowed us to pre-order key components. The teller line was switched out over night with all the equipment standing by, ready to go the next morning; no sweat.
Not only a great design but a great result. 2 weeks ahead of schedule and 10% under budget!
Momentum has since gone on to more locations with Alta Vista. Their Southern California market is dynamic and very diverse. The projects are all unique and the challenges keep coming. Large renovations, micro retail branches, full service ground-up community branches...consistent, right on brand, and right on budget. It's all in days work.
