Momentum and its partners developed a three pronged, integrated approach: First develop a strategic plan for branch services delivery. A detailed analysis of Three Rivers' markets, with an eye on weighing prioritization based on business products opportunity, and specific branch recommendations including closing high expense, low profit in-store facilities. The goal was to maximize market potential and increase existing branch productivity to accelerate revenue and member service.

Second: Analyze operations space needs and develop recommendations based on multiple growth models, enhanced space standards, and peer analysis. Momentum provided a long-term vision of headquarters occupancy including a complete facility expansion feasibility study. Education, flexibility, and the economy of expanding an existing facility were all key components.

Third: Provide a sturdy prototype foundation for the branch business model Three Rivers needed to increase market penetration and staff performance. This transformational retail branch vision would drive cultural change at the home office branch and most importantly, be portable. A consistent "kit-of-parts" adaptable to every branch situation they faced.

Momentum completed these objectives working with Three Rivers to develop a solid business case for expansion that addresses market dynamics, increased branch network performance, and the operations requirements to support it long term.
