Process

1. Discovery

Along with our design partners EHS Design and Weber Marketing Group, we’ve been in this business a long time. But we never presume to know your business better than you. So before we put pencil to paper, we check our egos and open our ears. Once we’re as clear about your goals as you are, we apply a process tailored to your needs. We pare away what doesn’t work, coax out those aspects that sing, and usually surprise us all with solutions that transform a mere building into an expression of your brand. We believe this process is inherently collaborative–a chance to inspire each other.

2. Feasibility

Once we’ve got a common vision, we set out to ensure that we can make it real. What design will match your strategy? Does the site support the design? Are we within budget expectations? How can we leverage the best local resources to do the work? We pose dozens of questions and answer every last one before breaking ground.

3. Delivery

Once you give us the green light, we’re off. Our tightly managed process keeps everything on strategy, on time, and on budget. We never forget you have a day job, so we take care of the details and let you focus on what you do best. From first sketch to grand opening, we’re your representative and your advocate. And while we consider it our job to manage the construction process, we make sure you’re an integral part of it every step of the way. You always know exactly what you’re getting, who’s doing the work, and how much it will cost. We’ve found that the key to successful outcomes is open books, open planning, and shared knowledge.
