Education plus inspiration, experience, and a whole slew of gumption equals our newest addition to the MomenTeam.  Mark Alguard comes to us with a deep understanding of the construction process: from conception to completion to occupancy. 

Mark's favorite part of his job?  "I like having a positive impact on the built environment."  Lending his "green" eye to the table, Mark helps ensure environmental responsibility is integrated - even in the smallest of forms, wherever necessary.

When not in the office or on the job site, you may find Mark scaling one of the many mountains the Pacific Northwest has to offer.  You may also see him participating in the Seattle-to-Portland bike ride, catching a live music show, or exploring the San Juan Islands.

• Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Washington
• Construction Management Certification from the University of Washington
• Candidate for Master's in Construction Management at the University of Washington
• Member of Urban Land Institute
• LEED Accredited Professional
