Bob Saunders, LEED AP

Bob is a founding partner of Momentum, and he is a lead member of the team
in providing strategic operations planning, strategic branch planning,
design-build and long-term facilities investment analysis for our clients.
Recently, Momentum has been recognized for our unique approach in analyzing
the return on investment (ROI) for main offices and operations centers,
which involves weighting the measurement of several key efficiency factors
pertaining to initial cost, life cycle cost, operational cost, workflow
improvements, staff collaboration and shareholder satisfaction. Bob has
played a key role in developing this process with the Momentum team.
Bob is a frequent speaker in industry circles and he has been involved with
the planning, design and construction management of hundreds of financial
facilities throughout the US since 1983. Projects have included branch and
retail facility renovations and new construction, as well as the development
of world class operations and administrative centers. Independent project
values have ranged from $250K to over $20MM.
Having been trained as a Civil Engineer, Bob is a LEED AP, which is the US
Green Building Council¹s level of professional accreditation, required of
individuals involved with sustainable and LEED certified facilities. Bob has
also qualified to hold various contractor's licenses throughout the US, and
has achieved certification as a National Standard General Building
Contractor (A) by the International Code Council.
Bob serves as Chairman of the Fox Chapel Area School Authority and is a U12
Youth Soccer Coach. In his spare time, you will find him cycling on the back
roads of this great nation."
