In 2004 Momentum was established with a simple vision: to capture the magic in a great project and make it happen every time. The founders, a builder and an architect observed during their years in architecture and construction that more often than not, when a project went south it was due to miscommunication. This is why Momentum uses an integrated design-build model based on collaboration and open communication to bring out the best possible outcome in every project.
