Mark leads the Momentum team, helping employees take a people-centric approach to their project work while supporting the firm’s core values of humility, drive, and fun. In doing so, Mark works closely with the firm’s partners in developing building strategies that help their organizations thrive.
We are engaging with our partners with their best interest in mind, in a way where really, truly, the success of one of our projects is measured in terms of how successful the outcome is for our client.”
Many of Momentum’s projects are outside of the Northwest. Mark has leveraged this to cultivate a strong network of industry relationships and a client base with diversity on all levels. He believes this broad source of learning honed through diverse perspectives has led to better building strategies for Momentum’s partners, and it’s what he finds most rewarding about his work.
Outside of the office, Mark enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest, spending his time outdoors while hiking and camping with his family and friends. The ability to experience the excitement of daily life in Seattle and quickly retreat to spaces of natural beauty and solitude is something he cherishes.
Mark has been working in construction management and building strategy for 16 years and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Washington.
