As the Vice President of Client Solutions, Michael is focused on fully understanding the strategic objectives of each client and identifying the appropriate solution to facilitate the attainment of their goals. He takes a holistic view of each organization, its constituents and their community to determine where there might be opportunities for improved efficiency, engagement, productivity and financial performance.

Michael has been helping both large and mid-sized organizations for more than 15 years and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree from the University of Louisville. He is also a graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Jen, and their two sons, Hudson and Owen. In his free time, Michael is an avid running and cycling enthusiast.
