Reinvigorate an iconic institution’s brand and service model state-wide
Project Background
Campus Federal Credit Union’s position in markets adjacent to LSU campuses had been declining. Branch locations inside hospital buildings and campus facilities needed a fresh approach and updated technology to be more relevant to students, faculty and staff. Momentum partnered with Weber Marketing to develop a brand refresh and “wrap” the entire Campus Federal Credit Union network including a new prototype branch expansion in Shreveport, Louisiana.
The retail roll out embraced the long-held relationship with the University through imagery and materials that celebrate the institution. The branches feature consultative teller pods, cash delivery machine, and technology onboarding for existing and new members. The five projects varied widely from micro-branch services within an existing hospital to a student union location to a full-service branch expanded from a drive-thru only site. The projects were completed sequentially as a rolling initiative over an 18-month period.
