Our Story

In 2004 Momentum was established with a simple vision: to capture the magic in a great project and make it happen every time.

The founders, a builder and an architect, observed during their years in architecture and construction that more often than not when a project went south it was due to miscommunication.

This is why Momentum uses an integrated design-build model based on collaboration and open communication to bring out the best possible outcome in every project.

Today Momentum is thriving in its third decade under the leadership of Mark Alguard, Jenny Bengeult, and Colin Winters, who now own the firm.
