Mark leads the Momentum team, helping employees take a people-centric approach to their project work while supporting the firm’s core values of humility, drive, and fun. In doing so, Mark works closely with the firm’s partners in developing building strategies that help their organizations thrive.

Many of Momentum’s projects are outside of the Northwest. Mark has leveraged this to cultivate a strong network of industry relationships and a client base with diversity on all levels. He believes this broad source of learning honed through diverse perspectives has led to better building strategies for Momentum’s partners, and it’s what he finds most rewarding about his work.

Mark has been working in construction management and building strategy for 16 years and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Washington.

Bob trained as a civil engineer and holds multiple professional contractor’s licenses in the regions that Momentum serves. He also is a LEED AP, which is the green building industry’s designation of professional accreditation. A frequent speaker in industry circles on the topics of sustainable design, project management, and workplace design, Bob has been involved with the planning, design, and construction management of hundreds of facilities throughout the country.

A lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, Bob started his career in the steel industry, first as a summer laborer and later as a project engineer overseeing the implementation of large capital projects. After several years in the steel industry, he was drawn to the world of commercial and institutional design and construction, and he has focused his career on managing and delivering complex and challenging programs.

Bob particularly enjoys the opportunity to work with intelligent, focused, and passionate clients, the majority of whom return to Momentum for multiple projects. The opportunity to bring their visions to life ranks among his highest satisfactions:

Biggest non-work obsession: Road cycling.

With a background in finance and accounting spanning her career, Nicole brings extensive experience to her role as Momentum’s Office Manager and Accounting Administrator.

She enjoys the unique rhythms of accounting in the construction industry and appreciates the opportunity to apply her experience in new ways.

For Nicole, the best part of working at Momentum is the people. She values being part of a team working toward shared goals and takes pride in helping her colleagues succeed.

“I enjoy seeing the people I support succeed in what they do and feeling like I had a small role in making that happen.”

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and exploring new places. Having grown up near Yellowstone National Park, she appreciates the opportunity to discover the beauty closer to home and enjoys being a tourist in her own state.

Sybrina brings more than 20 years of architectural design experience and credentials including NCIDQ certification, WELL AP, and LEED Green Associate to her role as Senior Interior Designer at Momentum. Her approach balances beauty and function with meeting practical needs like budget, longevity, and ease of maintenance.

She was drawn to interior design for its mix of creative problem-solving, technical skill, and personal service. Her experience on large, complex projects informs a design approach centered on sustainability, and wellness. With a background on the architecture side of the industry, she also brings a broader perspective to design-build.

“Our spatial environments quietly influence our physical, psychological, and physiological experiences. An organization’s space can convey its values and priorities. I enjoy understanding a client’s needs and fitting the puzzle pieces together to create a customized solution.”

Outside of work, Sybrina enjoys time with family, friends and her dog, hiking in the Pacific Northwest, volunteering, and planning adventurous trips.

Kelsie is an interior designer who brings a wide-ranging commercial background to Momentum. She holds a bachelor's degree in business from University of Washington and earned her interior design certificate from the Heritage School of Interior Design in Seattle.

Kelsie loves the design process as a whole and she believes a person's surroundings and environment play an important role in their daily life.

"I love my work because I get to be creative and see it represented through physical spaces. I think a person's surroundings and environment are so important and love that I get to be a part of creating that."

Outside of work, Kelsie can be found taking long walks with her dog, trying out new food spots, or out on the water in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.

Coraliz brings a background in commercial interior design, with experience in workplace interiors and tenant improvements, from space planning through construction administration to her role. She enjoys the problem-solving side of design and finding creative, efficient ways to meet the needs of the people who use a space.

Her interest in design began early. As a child, she was always drawing floor plans and building furniture for her toys. When her father suggested architecture in middle school, she took the idea and ran with it, eventually finding her passion in interior design and its ability to bring people together.

“What matters most to me as a designer is creating spaces where people have organic opportunities for connection. I believe good design can cultivate community, whether it’s a break room or a lobby.”

Outside of work, Coraliz enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, along with creative pursuits including crochet, sewing, and giving thrifted finds new life.

Bringing a diverse set of skills from across the built environments, Andrew has managed development, design, and construction across a multitude of project types. He understands what it takes to organize, and plan for certainty of execution. He enjoys building and working with the project team to execute the client’s vision.

Outside of the office, Andrew is active in the affordable housing community, supporting and advocating for new development, design, and construction technologies to impact the affordability shortages in our cities. After hours you can find him being active boxing, climbing, or playing music.

"What I enjoy most is the inherent synergy to design build process that leverage the OAC teams’ knowledge earlier to ensure successful project outcomes. All phases of the project become easier when the team is rowing in the same direction from inception.”

As a Senior Project Manager on Momentum’s Preconstruction team, Patrick brings experience across both preconstruction and project management, giving him a clear understanding of how decisions made at the outset shape cost, schedule and execution.

Drawn to construction by the combination of building, problem-solving and teamwork, Patrick values the opportunity to help clients turn an initial idea into a practical path forward.

“Design-build gets everyone at the table early. When the owner, designer and construction team can evaluate decisions together as the project develops, you get better communication, fewer surprises and ultimately a stronger project for the client.”

His past as a professional freestyle mogul skier shaped the preparation, discipline and composure under pressure he applies to his role at Momentum. He likes digging into the details, anticipating challenges and finding the best solution rather than simply accepting the first one.

Outside of work, Patrick spends most of his time with his wife and two young children. A Colorado native, he still skis whenever he can and is also an avid golfer who enjoys being outdoors with family and friends.

Steven is a project engineer at Momentum with three years of experience in the construction industry, bringing a collaborative, relationship-focused approach to every project he supports.

Growing up around residential construction, Steven developed an early interest in the building industry. While attending college in Santa Barbara, he became a general contractor and gained hands-on experience through the day-to-day realities of construction, learning the industry by doing.

“What stands out about design-build is the ability to collaborate directly with the design team. Instead of jumping through hoops to get one answer, everyone works together to solve problems faster and move the project forward.”

Steven is known for his service-oriented mindset and values the face-to-face relationships that are built throughout the construction process. Guided by his faith in both his work and daily life, he prioritizes communication, trust, and maintaining strong connections with clients and teammates alike.

Outside of work, Steven is a family man, enjoying life with his wife and two young children.

A natural curiosity about how things come together inspires Mason's work as a Project Engineer. Growing up around the construction industry, he was always fascinated to see what goes on inside the walls. Seven years into his career, with a degree in Construction Management from Eastern Washington University, that same curiosity still drives the way he approaches every project.  

"My favorite part of the job is collaborating with clients to figure out exactly what they want- and then making that happen. Every region has its own personality, and I really enjoy getting to know the people and the place behind a project and seeing how that regional flair comes through in the building's design."

Outside of work, Mason has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys cooking authentic dishes from around the word. He lives in West Seattle with his dog, Luna. 

Jim brings a talent for assembling and coordinating teams to tackle challenging tasks to his project engineer role at Momentum.

As an Army veteran, Jim has a well-developed understanding of how to operate within a project, making him a steady, reliable presence on any job site. Of his approach to work, Jim says,

"Consistency is accuracy."

While not at work, Jim enjoys hiking, rock hounding, and spending time with his two miniature dachshunds. 

Alex leads construction projects though the design-build process, helping to ensure the constructability of designs and delivering buildings that bring a client's vision to life down to the smallest detail.

Alex has nearly a decade of experience delivering high-performing workplaces and takes pride in making clients' lives easier during the construction process.

"The thing I love most about project management is bringing people together towards a common goal, aligning all participants in a project towards a shared vision of project success. Delivering the highest quality spaces for our nonprofit clients is very satisfying."

Outside of work you'll find Alex spending time outdoor with sports, hiking, boating and golf, or at home reading, cooking, or playing his guitar.

Eli is a project manager with a keen attention to detail, enjoying tackling difficult challenges to move projects to the finish line. He loves the diverse goals to uncover and deliver on with our credit union and higher education clients – every project is unique and bringing the clients’ vision to life is an extremely satisfying process.

He has well over a decade of experience, with a variety of project experience ranging from residential construction to educational facilities, aerospace labs, and financial retail. This has formed Eli into an expert at identifying and mitigating risk in any type of project.

“My favorite part about project management is working through the hiccups in a project and working alongside a team that consistently overcomes challenges that would be major to any other team to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and perfectly matching the client’s vision and the design team’s renderings.”

Outside of work you’ll find Eli skiing, exploring Washington’s backcountry, and fly fishing.

Scott brings a breadth of hands-on experience to his role as Project Manager. Over 13 years in the industry, he's worked as an architect and as a Project Manager on commercial, residential, and civil projects in Seattle - giving him a rare perspective that spans both sides of the design-build process.

A LEED-certified professional with a passion for complex projects and sustainable building practices, Scott believes design-build is uniquely positioned to deliver superior results when stakeholders are aligned and working as a single team toward a shared goal.

"I love bringing good design to life. The creation of 3D space has always been the aspect of the design and construction industry I find most compelling."

Outside of work, Scott enjoys time on the golf course, tackling DIY home improvement projects, and coaching his son's baseball team. 

David brings close to a decade of commercial construction experience to his role as project manager at Momentum — work that has spanned large-scale multi-family development and office construction across the greater Seattle area. 

 David was drawn to the built environment early and has built his career around it. He thrives on the collaborative side of construction: working across internal and external teams to move a project from conception to completion, and solving the hard problems that come up along the way.

On design-build, David puts it simply:

"Design-build is more collaborative and gives you more ownership of the project and outcome — and ultimately delivers a project the client can be happy with."

Constant communication and transparency are how he makes that happen on every job.

Outside of work, David skis, plays tennis, boxes, and spends time with his cats

Ronny has spent more than 30 years in commercial work, the last 13 of them as a construction superintendent.

He came to the superintendent role after two decades in commercial audio visual, and the switch put him where he'd always wanted to be: in the field, watching a site progress from demo to final clean.  For Ronny, the advantage of design-build is clear:

"To know that the client and the designer have already been through a complete creative process — that the client's vision of their new space is being expressed by the designer onto blueprints and renderings — really makes the final product more satisfying to the customer."

That's what design-build means to Ronny, and it shapes how he runs a job. Years of different builds, different situations, and different customers inform the decisions he makes on site every day, all pointed at the same finish: a completed project and a client who loves their new facility.

Off the clock, Ronny builds and shows custom trucks, mountain bikes, and spends time with his kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews. His favorite pastime is a good old road trip — getting out and seeing America.

Larry is one of our superintendents on the ground in Knoxville, managing project sites and subcontractors and making sure the work gets done right and on schedule. With 30 years in construction, he brings the kind of experience that recognizes problems before they arise.

Larry's strength is in the details – he's good with numbers, has a sharp memory for the specifics of a job, and finds genuine satisfaction in watching a building come together from the ground up.

Outside of work, you'll find Larry out on the water fishing or boating, and spending time with his family over good food and a drink poolside or at the beach.

Tim brings 11 years of experience as a superintendent to his role at Momentum. He spent most of that time on retail tenant improvement projects.

On every job, his focus is on completing the project and keeping it moving toward the finish line.

His greatest strength is working collaboratively with other people. He values the teamwork it takes to bring a project together and sees himself as a steady partner to everyone involved, from the project team to the client.

Paul is a construction superintendent at Momentum, where he brings more than 30 years of commercial construction to his role, including ground-up builds and remodels of existing facilities, on projects across the country.

His love of planning, creating and building things drew him to the field, and three decades in he still measures a job by how well everyone on it does — the contractors succeeding at their work, and the client moving into a space they love and that they had a hand in shaping.

Design-build keeps collaboration open longer than a traditional build does, and Paul sees the value of it for the client:

"I appreciate the flexibility in helping a client work through their needs and desires in creating a fresh new work environment."

Outside of work, Paul is outdoors as often as he can be — canoeing, fishing and bike riding — and he makes a point of seeing what's worth seeing in the towns his projects take him to.

Dave brings more than 40 years of construction experience to his role as a Superintendent at Momentum. For more than a decade, he's traveled across the country overseeing commercial construction projects, gaining extensive experience in the field.

Dave takes pride in delivering quality work safely, on schedule, and within budget. His hands-on experience across different trades gives him a well-rounded understanding of the construction process and the work required to bring a project together.

Originally from Texas, Dave has seen much of the country through his work, sometimes with his wife along for the journey. When he's not on a jobsite, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, golfing, and competing in dart tournaments.
